She will receive the award on June 2 from the AACP Pharmacy Practice Section.
The fellowship distinction recognizes outstanding SIDP members who have made significant and sustained contributions to infectious diseases and to the organization’s mission.
Kaitlin Alexander, Pharm.D., BCCCP, and Bethany Shoulders, Pharm.D., have both been named as fellows of the American College of Critical Care Medicine.
Taylor will help inform and guide the organization in resources, development, policies and advocacy.
The award recognizes an individual who has consistently demonstrated enthusiasm for the profession as well as the mentoring and education of pharmacy residents.
Dr. Lindsey Childs-Kean was recognized during the House of Delegates session at the FSHP Annual Meeting in Orlando on Aug. 7.
This award acknowledges an assessment initiative or project that uses systematic collection, review and use of information to improve the Pharm.D. program.
Dr. Powell was among six faculty members promoted in the UF College of Pharmacy this summer.
Kaitlin Alexander has been selected as a 2025 Emerging Teaching Scholar Award recipient by the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, or AACP.
